Only one cook who also brings out the hot food, it was almost 1 hour wait for our food.
I ordered chicken fingers, they were raw inside (I discovered this after I had already eaten 1). I took them up to the register, Lala looked at them, took them to the back and said 'come on guys, these are raw' 'fire me another 4 piece '. I couldn't even think about eating more and told her I was done and didn't want more. I was offered no apology or refund. I was told by another employee that they should have given me a gift card at least. This employee was told by Lala that the manager Amanda said they were not doing gift cards any longer because too many people were complaining that the food wasn't cooked properly (especially door dash). Also while we were waiting for a friend to get ice cream Lala said 'i really don't like these people that are sitting here' on the ear buds they wear to talk to each other, we were the only ones sitting in the restaurant.
Staff was very friendly when we went in but that's about the only good thing I can say. Our burgers were burnt. Soft serve was good but the PB sauce in my PB sundae was thick and grainy. When I mentioned that to the server she just said that's how it is with no offer to try something else. For $7, I would expect good PB sauce. Floor of dining area is dirty and one of the AC units is leaking all over one of the booths and the floor.
